What is AshaKamal?

AshaKamal is one of the subsidiaries of Art Karat group of companies which is into manufacturing of Men/Women jacket, Bandi, Waistcoat, Sadri, Koti.

Who are the founders of AshaKamal?

Mr. Kamal Modi and Mrs. Asha Kamal Modi have started their own brand AshaKamal to give comfortable range of jacket to their customers.

Where we procure fabric from?

We procure fabric from different states of India to give versatile experience to our customers.

Do you have stores?

Yes, we do have stores at Noida and Delhi.

Order & Shipping

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

There is no need to setup an account to place an order. You can select the products and checkout to place an order.

What is the standard delivery time?

We normally deliver the product within 5-8 days once the order has been placed.

How can I cancel an order?

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. The order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped. You can return the product within 7 days and place a fresh order.

Do you offer same day shipping?

Currently we are not offering same day shipping.

Return, Refund & Cancellation

Can an item be exchanged or replaced?

Yes, we offer exchanges in two cases:
1. Size is not correct.
2. In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product reaches you at the time of delivery. (We have to be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order)

Are there any shipping charges?

No, shipping charges are included in MRP.

Can I change delivery address after placing order?

If in any case you want to change the delivery address, before dispatch, then please write to us at customercare@ashakamal.in or Whatsapp/Call on +91-9599283246.

Please keep in mind once product is dispatched we won’t be able to change the delivery address.

How can I return an order?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When will I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

For payments done via Credit Card or Net Banking, the refund will be administered through the payment gateway itself. The amount should reflect within 8 to 10 business days, as dependent on the bank.

My Order didn’t get confirmed but the money has been debited from my account?

In case your money got debited but the order was not placed, you will get the refund from your bank side within 3-4 working days or else you may drop a mail at customercare@ashakamal.in.

Terms & Conditions for Returns

AshaKamal will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer bears complete responsibility for the accuracy of information  provided.

A refund will be issued only after the products are received at our warehouse and after quality checks are completed.
